After interviewing several candidates, I am very excited to announce the hiring of our new 16U Head Coach.

Chuck Peters will be the new 16U Texas Sudden Impact Head Coach.

After several different conversations it was obvious that Chuck has all the qualities and characteristics that we were looking for in a Head Coach for this organization, his coaching philosophy and style is very consistent with what we are looking for and expect for the Sudden Impact organization and I am excited to see the team that he will assemble and develop for the upcoming year.  Chuck has the passion, knowledge and experience that is going to help us continue to grow this organization into a top 10 program in the nation.  Chuck is very excited about getting started and looking forward to building a solid team for the upcoming season.

Some background on Chuck:

Our camp last year was great with over 100 campers involved and the feedback that we received was overwhelmingly positive.  We will take all the campers through some of the same drills and activities that our Gold team works on at each practice.  The campers will also have an opportunity to work with some of the top softball players in teh country and a coaching staff with over 30 years of softball coaching experience.

This year based on request from our past campers, the Sudden Impact Gold coaches and players will hold a practice from 1:00 - 3:30 prior to the camp and we invite anyone that his interested to show up early and watch the Sudden Impact Gold team practice prior to the camp starting.

The Sudden Impact Gold players and coaches are once again looking forward to working and sharing their passion of the game with young softball players in our area.
